A camera is sent down the inside of the drain to check for any faults and give you peace of mind. Our heating was not sufficiently working in our spare room and we wanted Matthew to install an additional radiator in that room. Matthew advised that based on the size and capacity of the radiator in the room, this was unnecessary.
After investigation Matthew bled, balanced and amended the heating inlet valve to fully open on the single radiator in that room. This was instead of the expense and upheaval of installing a second radiator as we originally requested. Matthew has immense enthusiasm towards assisting his customers. We would have no hesitation to recommend Matthew Benstead for the excellent and friendly work carried out for us.
